Pressing flowers into clay helps Tara Kothari make sense of the changing world around her. Having moved from India, working with seasonal flowers and plants, is her way of adjusting to life in the United States Of America.
From sculptural vessels to botanical installations and also functional pieces, Tara creates work inspired by nature and how she relates to her life in this country. She hope to make work that grounds her and brings joy to all who see it.
