A Broadway stage manager by trade, Kevin Bertolacci took up pottery during the LONG shutdown of the entertainment industry at the start of the COVID-19 Pandemic ,and fell instantly in love with clay. 4 years later with a wheel in the basement and a kiln in the garage, he’s throwing pots every free moment.
Not much of a mug maker (handles are hard), Kevin enjoys making decorative housewares, and is especially interested in exploring atmospheric and alternative firing processes such as wood, salt, soda, raku and pit firing of his table lamps, vases and vessels.
